Shift Lead - Myers + Chang - 1145 Washington Street, Boston MA

Myers + Chang is seeking a FOH Shift Lead for our busy restaurant!

The Shift Lead is a liaison between the FOH team and the management team and reports to both the FOH Manager and General Manager. The Shift Lead helps in training the staff on day to day procedures, as well as takes on some administrative tasks to assist the FOH management team. The position allows for continual growth and learning with the goal of taking on more responsibilities to help make Myers + Chang better for our returning and new guests with each service.

Day-to-Day Performance Expectations:

● Update table talks, menus, ingredient book, etc with Chef

● Update bar bible/par sheet, keep bar info/education wall updated along with GM and FOH manager

● Work with management on training program

● Assist in running premeal

● Collect EON cashouts, send logs, lock up and set alarm

● Open/Close the restaurant- call in/cut staff from shift

● Make plan to celebrate staff birthday/appreciations

● Respond to guest reviews on specific or all platforms

● Add to our IG pictures

● Assist or take lead on the newsletter

● Take on orders for specific vendors (Lenox Martell, Amazon, Nashville Wraps, etc)

Compensation: $25 per hour
